When i was looking during my truck issues they offered me only 33 cpm as a solo driver... they HAVE to raise that by at least 30% if they want to bring in experianced drivers.

Cents Per Mile

Drivers are often paid by the mile and it's given in cents per mile, or cpm.

I feel they're a more team oriented company, that's part of the reason we came here. With that said, there are plenty of solo drivers who seem happy enough here.
