Yep, you get one week with a trainer then they turn you loose solo. That's probably more than enough if you've had your license for 13 years, but if you're new like me it's "holy crap, I can't believe they gave me the keys to a truck". But I guess they know what they're doing because I've done OK.
When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.
