Tolls

Prime allows us to write comdata checks for pay advances. Then I scan the receipt and they reimburse me. So I don't need any cash... they add money to my comdata card . I write the check at truck stop and pay in cash scan receipt and all is good. If I don't have scaleone it works the same way. Sometimes coming back from hometime is tough and I'm in the hole so I can take a pay advance for that as well.

TA covers all tolls, including FL. I didn't know TX had toll roads.

Just out of curiosity, what happens if you hit a toll booth, particularly the drive thru ones where you don't have to stop, and you don't have a toll pass? Obviously if you have to go through an actual booth they will tell you you have to pay.

They will take a digital image of your truck as you pass through the toll and contact your company. Happens all the time. Its unlikely you will ever hear anything of it.

Typically they get a photo of the driver and then it is sent in to the FBI's data base of dead-beat drivers. Then a man hunt is started (well, in your case it would be a Chickie hunt) and when the drivers are apprehended they are gathered together in a secret holding cell inside the beltway at D.C. where they are fed only Pizza slices and hot dogs from the Flying J's kitchen chefs and forced to drink nothing but coffee and Red Bulls.

Once they have gotten at least twenty of them gathered up they will do a public hanging out on the White House lawn with the first lady presiding over the whole thing while wearing a black Peterbilt baseball styled cap. It is quite an affair - the money they raise from the ticket sales to these events goes to the fund that is forever patching holes in the pavement on the G.W. bridge.

There, that is one more good reason for you to stay at Trans Am - they are well know for bailing their drivers out of this ruthless government entrapment program.

Okay, what really happens is they get a photo of your license tags and contact the company. If they get paid, will then be up to your employer.
