Water Heaters

Does anyone have a suggestion for a device to heat up water ? I've gone through 2 Roadpro water heaters. (One was given to me) one of which lasted for 2 uses before the plastic surrounding the contact point melted.

12 volt crock pot will also heat water.

Get the stainless steel coffee cup that plugs into 12v. It's also road pro. I got mine at loves for about $30. In 20 minutes it heats enough for oatmeal and coffee. Don't leave it full when traveling though. It will spill and get onto the electronics. Save the receipt, their warranty is good for a year.

I have had my road pro water heater for two years now, make sure you fill water past the heating element and don't forget it's plugged in. I always set a timer, 15 minutes seems to work. I think unless you got a bad one, should last a while.
