Once you get a medical release from your doctor you should be good if a question ever comes up again
The Form that Roehl is wanting my doctor to fill out reads like an orientation pre-test. Example : Can he move freight weighing 75lbs floor level to shoulder level to a distance of more than 53 feet ? Etc Etc Etc. How is my doctor going to know these answers and sign stating I can ?

I am a little worried. I answered questions on my long form stating i had a blood clot 5 years ago ruled an anomaly and treated with medicine and also had unexplained weight loss with gallbladder removed. I didn't think it was a big deal to list. Now Roehl is requiring my doctor to fill out a release to work form ?? They never diagnosed me with anything and I am fully recovered from whatever it was more than a year ago.I wish now I had not listed on long form of my DOT physical card. My question is am I gonna get this every time I apply for a truck job ?
DOT:
Department Of Transportation
A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.
State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.
