There are a couple of companies that I was going for but I'm just gonna wait until December to go with Swift lol My question is overall how good is the company to you and how is the training in Nashville like?....The reason why I'm waiting until December is last year a got into a preventable accident and I saw where it must be a year without one.Thank you for your time and comments.

I thought you just couldn't have more than like 2 in the past 3 years. Have you checked on that? I'm not 100% sure but I would call a recruiter if I were you. I had 3 accidents (not at fault) & 2 speeding tickets with one of them being 15mph over & I was still hired. So I would double check that.

Are you going to a non-Swift school in Nashville? They have an academy school in Memphis.

I went through the holidays two years ago. A nice thing is the classes are a bit smaller. A few days is was only my class on the backing range, and there were more trucks than students! Yeah, standing around outside in December you miss family, but it's a smaller group of there.

Noah Swift is a good company. I trained with them and stayed with them, 4+ years later my overall satisfaction is still very positive.

Yep, been to 44 of them in 9 months. It's random though, depends on freight. I just spent 2 weeks doing I-5 corridor.
