Sounds like your RPMs are not right for the gear your in. Had the same problem learning to drive stick in a car many moons ago. You'll get it. Just relax and ask your trainer for a little extra help. Good luck.
Also sounds like you are in too high of a gear. Is it an 8 or 10 speed? Try starting out in 1 gear lower.

When I first started, our instructor had us from a complete stop to start in 3rd and also in 2nd (with a loaded trailer). I too would stall it while in 3rd but every single time would be good in 2nd. Then a couple weeks later I tried the exercise again and was able to from a complete stop in 3rd but it took more finesse of my R's to go.

One of my airforce class mate explain what i did wrong why im leting go the clutch too soon its how the foot is place on clutch by using ball of foot(middle ) to control the clutch. thanks for all the replyes and ill try again 😁🚚
While the light is still red but soon to turn. With your foot on the brake slowly let the clutch out and just like doing a tug test on a trailer you'll feel the truck start put tension on the brakes and when it does just barely back off of it . So now you know as soon as your foot comes off the brake your going to slowy move forward. Don't let the clutch out to quickly at this point but you now have a reference.
Also this is a great habit to get into for after school. I was taught with an empty or nearly empty trailer while at school. And my trainer had to teach me this because of the huge difference it makes while loaded. Keep in mind my first vehicle was a stick but the dirtbike or two it hauled doesn't compair. Also I wrote that hoping others would read it in the future. To me this made a big difference in the way I started to drive in mountain or hilly areas. As you don't have to worry as much about rolling backwards if you don't take off till you feel the truck wanting to move forwards.
