Hello Fellow TT'ers. I am scheduled for my Upgrade at the Jarupa Valley Terminal tomorrow morning at 0730. I have a hotel voucher and will be able to get a good night's sleep, Lord knows I need one after 25 days driving team with my Mentor. I am feeling sooooo sleep deprived right now. I,m glad they scheduled me for tomorrow. After sacrificing so much over these last 10 weeks, I'm ready for the payoff. They are supposed to dispatch me towards home (Tucson, AZ). Four days of R&R (sort of). Put my new "HOUSE" together, get on the road and start the REAL SCHOOLIN'. I feel comfortable with my skills, but quite nervous at the same time. I'm sure I'll be begging all of you for advice over the next several months, and I know I will get it here on TT!

There may be advice that I don't want to hear or deal with, but I know y'all will tell me what I NEED to hear and not necessarily what I WANT to hear. That is why I am a member of TT. Although we have never met face to face, (except you Errol!), I value your advice and will do my level best to follow through on it. I will report back tomorrow with details on my Truck and first solo dispatch.thank-you.gifsmile.gif

Terminal:

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

Raul, I must have misunderstood your question. Congrats!

Bro I was just asking

Congrats on passing everything! But in Tractor Man's defense your question was a little bit out of left field if you had nothing to worry about when it comes to passing the physical or drug test.
