I'd suggest Sign Language but somehow I don't think attempting to learn a visual language and driving goes so well hand in hand... LOL But other than that, sign language's an awesome one to learn. I do know quite a bit of sign language. My mom used to take courses and my sister had two friends who were twins that were deaf and knew sign language. But yeah, probably not the best to practice while driving.

I use pimsleur, it was so pricy but it helps a beginner, I am learning Korean. I have korean friends so I can message them questions on facebook and also practice a little bit of written language. I always try to sneak in a little bit of studying when I am waiting around. Got to use our time wisely!
