Just sad. It could have been avoided all together. From history.. he is obviously not fit to drive a truck.

He copped a plea, not to "admit guilt" - but to avoid the 20+ he would have scored at trial.

5 years for killing 5 people due to obvious negligence is a total miscarriage of justice...

Gotta agree with you on this Rick. Nothing makes me more angry than to see a trucker texting while operating their vehicle. Stupid is where it begins...

Agreed. Seeing anyone texting while driving ticks me off, but other truckers especially so
