During the Democratic National Convention, from 7/23 through 7-28, commercial traffic over 5 tons will be prohibited on Interstate Route 95 (I-95) from exits 13 - 28. If just passing through Philly, the best alternates are I-295 (in NJ), the NJTP, or the PA TP (I-276). If you have a delivery in Philly between those exits of I-95, plan accordingly. Although there are commercial vehicle detour routes posted, I expect there to be gridlock and mass confusion.

Interstate:

Commercial trade, business, movement of goods or money, or transportation from one state to another, regulated by the Federal Department Of Transportation (DOT).

HOS:

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.
