As a woman I can understand being cautious and aware of my safety. However if someone does not feel.safe at an orientation... can they handle.being on the road at 3am and needing to use a rest stop bathroom? Or walking in the dark between the trucks in a 300 plus parking lot?
Sorry but if you need to post on a forum about personal safety than you just don't have what it takes.
As brett said... every company gets sued. Prime had a sexual harassment suit that was not about inappropriate behavior but about men not training women....which offered less.possibility of women being trained due to a shortage of women trainers. Now they make each student sign to accept the opposite sex. Big deal.
If you truly do not feel safe for a legitimate reason.. . Report it and allow the company a chance to correct it. Because you are a woman and the suit is going on they will bend over backwards to accommodate you for appearance sake. If you don't allow them a chance to fix things then you have only yourself to blame.

After one day/ 24 hours, I figure it's a drive-by. Of course, the OP may have come back, not like what she's seeing (no pity), and moved on.
