From what I hear cricket wireless has a plan for like $60 which has unlimited data & unlimited hotspot. I think it runs off of AT&T Towers as well. I don't know this for sure so don't take what I say 100%. I know we try to stick with the TRUTH around here. But doesn't hurt to look into it! I myself have unlimited everything with T-Mobile & it's great for the most part unless I'm in hilly or mountainy areas.
Metro pcs (t-mobile) Has a true unlimited plan, no throttling for $65 month. You can use it as a Hotspot or tether up to 10gigs, before it throttles to 2g.
Hi,
I have Tmobile Simply Prepaid Plan, which only cost a mere 40.00 a month and includes 3GB of LTE data, which is fast enough to watch videos. After that(like maybe a week), it throttles down. Enough to surf the Internet, email, etc. Don't expect to watch any movies though. However, it is unlimited so you won't pay overages.
I believe Tmobile has a 95.00 plan which includes the unlimited LTE data. If I could afford it, I would get it.
Coverage is good except in some places like the whole state of Wyoming and parts of Idaho.
I had Verizon which had excellent coverage but was costly.
Also, I have a subscription to YouTube, which allows me to download movies to my tablet. It costs 10.00 a month and I download a bunch of movies when at a terminal.
I also use my cell phone as a Tmobile hotspot and connect either my tablet or computer device.
Internet is difficult sometimes, but it is only getting better!
Hope this info helps.
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
Sambo eats data:
As of now, my new data cycle started 2 days ago, and after doing some light surfing and watching 4 or 5 youtube videos, I've already chewed through 2 gb of that data.
It's called you get what you pay for. If you want unlimited data, well, you have to cover the cost. If you can live with 10Gb/month, that isn't so expensive. If you take a close look, you will find that competition has pretty much evened out the cost per Gb amount all the companies.
I have 18G through Verizon and my monthly bill runs about $160. It's a bit pricy but we watch a lot of YouTube and I'm very active on social media so it's worth it.
Like Errol said. You get what you pay for. 4G is barely enough to run Trucker Path for a month!
Well, Internet ain't cheap in any services now. You should be ready to pay more for more internet. If it's the good entertainment for you, you shouldn't hesitate to spend a little more in it.
Just fyi I was told by my accountant that if I have a separate device to access internet like a hot spot or something I can write the cost off on my taxes. I would assume that would go for anyone that itemizes their taxes and it could lead to a large deduction.
Best solution?..... Limit your data usage. Can't do that? Pay BIG $$$$. I wish I had a better answer. The real question you need to ask yourself. HOW IMPORTANT is all of the streaming video to you. Only you can answer that. There IS no free lunch!

Does anyone have suggestions? I'm on a 4gb att plan, cost is something like $40 per month, if I want to move to the 15gb plan, it will go up to about $80 per month.

Since att nor verizon offers unlimited, are we really just stuck out here with no Internet connection unless we are willing to pay over 300 a month for data overages?
I tried purchasing a 24 hour spot of WiFi here at the petro, but the connection was so slow, and eventually it kicked me off and wouldn't reconnect, I went in and got a refund.
Also, I know there are unlimited plans, I think from sprint and some others, but they limit you to like 2 gb of Hotspot data. I don't understand, what does it matter if the data is going to my phone, or to my laptop? Is it that they are afraid that you'll let several users connect to your Hotspot?
Anyone have a solution?
