Get some men pressure stockings. You should find them in the pharmacy area. I got started with these by prescription from my Doc. I think there's some non-prescription ones out there.
Compression socks are the best method. In order to work, I need to fly multiple times and a lot of flight time per week. My legs became swollen during the flight and my friends recommended compression socks to me. After that, I noticed that my feet and ankles no longer swelled after the flight, my legs were strongly compressed, and I felt better overall. And some old lady treatments: 1) Vinegar-If possible, a few flannel / towels, soak them in a mixture of vinegar and water and wrap them around the feet and ankles. 2) Cabbage leaves. Yes, indeed, they can help reduce swelling and inflammation, and sometimes we also put cabbage bandages on horses.

Besides lowering the seat so your hamstrings aren't pinched, try also tilting the seat at a downward angle if your seat supports that option. Sitting low and with a downward tilt will do wonders. As with anything, you'll get used to a different seat position over time. You probably won't feel the need to stretch your legs anymore once you get your sweet spot.
