Go to the DMV and ask them for a copy of your driving record. It costs a few dollars so bring some money with you. It's always a good idea to take a look at your driving record before applying to a company so you know exactly what they'll be looking at.

I'm in Ohio and had to have a copy of my MVR for school. It cost 8 bucks and some change. I was happy to pay 8 bucks for a blank driving record.. :P
An MVR is a report of your driving history, as reported from your state Department of Motor Vehicles. Information on this report may include Drivers License information, point history, violations, convictions, and license status on your driving record.
