As far as I know of you can't have any major violations or too many points already. sumn like that. if all you've got is a fender bender from 4 years ago i wouldn't worry about it all that much. i imagine some companies want a 10yr or even a full driving record. i had 2 minor infractions on my license within 4 years of getting my cdl. failure to follow a traffic sign and an improper turn a year apart from each other.
I think only DUI stuff or a gross failure to pay child support will actually stop you from getting a CDL. As far as getting hired by a company that's a different story.

You don't have much to worry about with a fender bender that old. I would say not to stress about it
Was there a citation issued? Police report? Insurance Company involved? If you only have 1 accident or moving violation in that time period, you should be ok. Speeding 15+ and Reckless driving can throw up the biggest red flags. Good Luck!
