Sam, can you tell us about XPO training pay? How much? When do they start paying you? Thanks

Sure. You get paid .26 a mile while training. I got good miles and checks during the training phase. They start paying you after orientation. If you don't get a trainer right away, you get $70 a day as long as you stay in Joplin and check in with safety every day. I chose to go home, still got a trainer quickly.

Now during school, they pay for room, and food.

Ohhhh.... No.. That is if you LEAVE. That contract grants permission for prime to take $70 per week from your FUTURE employer checks. Its not for payments whole working at prime.and didn't think you were slandering. Lol.
