I'm starting here Tuesday. I know it's a "Second Chance" company; that's why I'm going. I don't expect perfection. I don't expect anything. Expectations are a mother... I'm just curious if anyone knows what the pay, home time, orientation, etc. are like. I was told they pay 25%. I have no clue of what (gross or net), or what that even translates to in average dollars. I'm 8 months into my driving career, and after a failed lease fresh out of training, and 3 months of driving for a breathtakingly low cpm pay (I'm actually embarrassed of it. It's bad.) to gain some more experience, I'm about ready to, you know, live a little. I'm just looking for the basics. Any help is extremely appreciated. Thanks!!

Cents Per Mile
Drivers are often paid by the mile and it's given in cents per mile, or cpm.
