Lol the little guy doesnt take the heat if you get a certified scale and refuse to drive loads you know you cant make legal. I blocked a dock at henderson mill once for almost 5 hours until this ******bag reloaded the end rolls he had loaded too far back.

Drivers from other companies were trying to convince me to roll with it and bypass the scales. I called my dm and went to bed until they saw the light haha.

Stand your ground when neccesary.

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.
