That's awesome, Rainy!! I have to tell you, although we haven't met (yet), you have been such a source of inspiration for me. I'm just a little over one month solo and am starting to notice a difference, so I guess a year in really feels great!

That I should have done this years ago. I'm a bit of a control freak and like to just get it done without micro managers. This is perfect for me. ;).

I'd like a little more time to write my books and maybe stop at places but as I get out of debt I won't have to run as hard

Congratulations Rainy!!! dancing-banana.gifdancing.gifdancing-dog.gifdancing-banana.gifdancing-dog.gifdancing.gifdancing-banana.gif I have to admit you are a very big reason I decided to go Prime. I read you posts about how much you love them and how they treated you. I hope I receive at least half the wonderful treatment you received. I'm supposed to start November 14 so I'm super excited! How to meet you on the road some day! Keep it safe out there, God Speed, and God bless!!

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.
