Unless the original poster was living in their car - the notices for suspension and insurance issues should have arrived by mail.
As much as the companies are looking for WHY you were suspended (and obviously DUI's, major offenses are going to carry more weight than "technical violations"), multiple recent suspensions for "technical reasons" don't demonstrate a level of responsibility that they are looking for as far as making sure you keep your driving privilege active and in compliance.
Once you get your CDL - it becomes your life and livelihood - and we all work REALLY HARD to keep it clean as a whistle.

Here's a little oddity that I learned about the hard way. In Texas the state does not use first class postage on their mail. They are able to use a cheaper rate for bulk mail due to the sheer volume, saving the state boat loads of money in postage expenses. A down side for the person receiving that mail is that if you happen to have moved or changed your mailing address, your mail coming from the state does not get forwarded by the postal service. Apparently those letters mailed with less than first class postage do not go through the standard forwarding procedures.
I am happy to say that my driving record is spotless. From 1984. Thats as far as they would go back for me. It cost $18 ($2.50 for using my debit card) and it was certainly worth it. Oops, there was something on there for 10/24/16. CMV permit issued. B*) Im grateful to you for starting this thread. Dont give up. Ive heard people getting hired for far worse.
