They won't pay for it. I have asked and they told me we get it done at the terminals. The self washes don't do a great job once it's trashed haha. I don't mind paying for it though because I like having a clean truck.
When I was OTR with Swift my DM told me they pay for 1 wash per month. More if the weather was really bad and the truck got dirtier than normal. That was only last month.
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
The company names are boldly displayed on their equipment. You'd think they'd want it to look the best it could. Perhaps it could be a budget issue? Same company, two different divisions, two different responses. (my company)

I've heard this too. Only way to find out is just scan in the receipt with your paperwork and see if they reimburse you. That's how I found out Swift reimburses us for parking--my DM was surprised about that one and he's been here for several years.
Either way, your truck looks awesome. Mine is so dirty lol. Like my mentor used to proudly say about his filthy truck, mine's a work truck.

Odd responses here lol. Maverick requires a blue beacon wash once a month and we can get to one every two weeks. We pay nothing
