I am scheduled to graduate next month from my CDL training program (at the local community college), and Celadon has invited me to attend orientation at Indianapolis. The have repeatedly confirmed that only graduates of their own program are required to team after training (part of their pay-back of the tuition). Experienced drivers, and recent graduates of non-Celadon training programs are not required to team.
Since you are already repaying your tuition to Celadon, and you were previously employed by them, you may not be required to team.
Call them and find out before scrapping the experience that you have with Celadon.
