What post are you talking about? I never read any post.
And that's actually great to hear about the pay. Thank you very much. To be honest yuri Mustang is making me jealous lol. I'm having my fiance quiz me as much as possible.

Good keep quizzing. The more you know the more confident and less nervous you will be when taking the test.

Click here for My Prime PSD Experience
Prime Inc has a CDL training program and the first phase is referred to as PSD. You'll get your permit and then 10,000 miles of on the road instruction.
Prime’s PSD begins with you obtaining your CDL permit. Then you’ll go on the road with a certified CDL instructor for no less than 75 hours of one-on-one behind the wheel training. After training, you’ll return to Prime’s corporate headquarters in Springfield, Missouri, for final CDL state testing and your CDL license.
Rainy is trying single handedly recruit everyone to Prime. Those that refuse she "bites". Since she is a vampire we know how that works out, lol
I am NOT. He decided on prime long before I ever answered his post.
And you better change your attitude cause I'm feeling a little anemic today. Need some fresh hemoglobin if you get what I'm saying lol
Lol rainy. Hey rainy i read in the swift training school post that lrime has lots of cameras. I dont care really about any outside the truck, but what about inside? If they are not recording sound thats fine i just would prefer to not be recorded audibly especially with the misses. If she and i start talking about family stuff or whatever id like it if nobody was really listening in or could pull it up.

Prime doesn't use cameras at all in the trucks. But a Swiftie can chime in and clarify about theirs. I don't think swifts cameras record sound. And from what I understand they are not.monitored constantly. Its more like a tool to guage your safety.
For example you hit a hard brake. Then they can review eha happened before that. Were texting? Playing with the radio?
It's not about invasion of privacy. If you do a search I'm sure you can find a thread about the cameras.
Ok thanks rainy. I might want to invest in a dashcam that records video only for my personal cover. Oh by the way rainy, i eat a lot of garlic.
Reaper, the dash cam thing has been discussed many times here. Put those magic words in the search box and read. Rainy covers it pretty well, but here are more details:
Basic facts (at Swift, at least): the cameras, both in and out, record continuously. BUT, the recording memory only holds the last ten seconds, and that gets erased and written over continuously, too. Plus, that recording doesn't go anywhere. Only if there's an event.
Serious bumping or shaking, or a hard stop, or running into the buzz strip will cause the "last ten seconds" and the "next ten seconds" to be uploaded for headquarters. Then a (non-company) contractor looks at the recording to see if it needs to be forwarded to your boss.
Two things to remember: no company wants to waste money sending live signals to an office for people to watch on a 24/7 basis. And when you're not driving you may cover the inside camera for privacy.
The cameras record the sound.
So Renegade, if you and your honey want to party, just hold it down so the recorder doesn't think it's a (ahem...) hard stop.
Lol yeah i tried the search and i wasnt definite on audio. That was my only concern.

Prime TRAINING pay is $700 per WEEK. But clear is different for everyone. So you will CLEAR $400 - $500 per week. IF the actual miles you run while teaming is higher than 5000 for the truck, you would get .14cpm. So if the truck runs 6000 miles a week you would get $840 that week GROSS which would be roughly $600ish clear.
So figure in two weeks you currently make $550, in two weeks at prime you would get $800 - $1000 CLEAR. The only time you aren't paid at prime is the first couple weeks with your permit during which they advance you up to $200 per week. They deduct $25 per week once you get your CDL to pay off the advance. You never read my thread or would have seen this. Lol
I just want you to have the correct info to make you happy and make an informed decision.
I understand the dream car. I have a Mustang GT Premium 5.0/with all the options including a glass roof and woofers in the trunk ;). $380 per month after $20k down in cash. Lol... At what I'm making solo and living on the truck, I'll be paying that sucker off a year early :). Only $3000 left to go.
I scare car salesmen haha
