I had a hernia, but even after having surgery they weren't confident in me. You should be fine. They are very particular about their physical.
I wanted to start at TMC, but they weren't hiring from the state I lived in at the time, so not sure if they would have taken me. They're known for their extensive securement training and clean trucks. And I've noticed they help each other a lot at shippers and receivers.
I've never talked to an unhappy TMC driver. I'm sure they exist, but they're rare from what I can tell.

Most flatbed deed will help each other in general. It's a brother/sisterhood that just kinda happens. This weekend in Chicago there were several of us rolling tarps together. And it was not warm out there.
