When is a professional truck driver considered "experienced" in this field? How many clock hours of driving or how many miles must that person have driven?

A rookie on a sports team is in their first year. That's when I flipped over my rookie tag here, and nobody complained.

The marker that we aim for here is the 1 year mark. Most don't survive the first year. Make a year and you can make it as long as you want in this industry.
