Merry Christmas everyone! I'm in KC and since I just happen to be a fan, I decided to treat myself to the game tonight. It rained off and on most of the game and just before kickoff we caught the tail end of some storm that produced 50 or so mph winds. This was actually my first Chiefs home game here at Arrowhead stadium so I really wouldn't have it any other way. Well that and the Chiefs pretty much dominated the entire game. LOL

Oh well, back to work tomorrow but it's actually supposed to be sunny and clear around these parts tomorrow.

Stay safe everyone, JJ

Spandex? Or as my wife and step-daughter refer to them as... "man-tards?"

Now that's funny!

See, that's the way to do it out there. I used to hit any kind of entertainment I could find when I had some time to spare. I've gone to NASCAR, NFL, NCAA football, high school football, NHL, local dirt and asphalt tracks on Friday and Saturday nights, and all kinds of other stuff. Running OTR you almost always had a day to spare on the weekends so you could make time to do something along the way.

Those are the times I remember most from my years on the road.

OTR:

Over The Road

OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.

HOS:

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.
