Note it should be at minimum low level line when engine cold

Or do what I would do....get to the nearest TA/Petro and message road assist. Lol

Or I'd call the terminal mechanic shop and ask them.

Terminal:

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

If you want a "home remedy" mix water and Propylene Glycol. Instant anti-Freeze. Btw Propylene Glycol is used in the "non lethal" antifreeze. It has many uses. One use is in E-liquid for Vaping. It provides the "throat hit".
