If only EVERY Receiver had one. No more waiting HOURS for a Live Ununload. Just do a "Dump n' Run"!
First thing I thought of when I seen this.
I drove a chip truck for just under a year. Many tippers we left the tractor hooked up, just don't forget to grab your coffee out of the cup holder first.

This sounds like the wise voice of experience!
Heck, I'd probably be asking if I could stay strapped in the cab.
LOL!

One time I went to a plant that used the tipper and they told me I could either stay hooked or drop it. Are you crazy? Do you know what the inside of an OTR cab would look like by the time they set that thing back on the ground? I was living in that truck. I had it all setup. It would have looked like a bomb went off inside that thing when they set it down. I was more than happy to unhook.
OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
I'm with JJ. Your cab looking like a bomb went off in it would be a small price to pay in comparison to how much fun it would be if you could sit in the cab. Seatbelted of course.
Yeah, my cab usually looks like that for a couple days after a trip to Walmart anyway. LOL!

Another random ..
BUMP !!
Anyone currently get to ride on (or succumb to) the tippers?!?!?
So much that the newbies don't even know exist in this profession... I'm just 'digging' for 'gold' myself!!
Best, y'all !!

Done the run a few times with loads of hay cubes down to Long Beach CA. They have the same machine there. Cubes funnel onto a conveyer belt and get loaded directly into shipping containers for overseas customers.
