To my knowledge, those are the ones who failed the previous day. Ahem... I was postponed, thank you..

I can't believe you were ready to take the road test and they had to postpone it. Thank God it wasn't for long, but still! You're all amped up, the entire rest of your life is waiting for you to pass that test, and they're like, "That's a wrap, everyone. See you tomorrow."
