Being from the Northeast part of the country, it’s kind of a joke amongst the natives that every time there’s a threat of a large amount of snow (which is quite often for 5 months out of the year), everyone flocks to the grocery stores and empties the shelves of milk and bread.
Why? We can only theorize that there is an entire underground society founded on the enjoyment of milk sandwiches.
It’s Friday. It’s the middle of winter. There is crappy weather seemingly everywhere you turn, and if you're a driver, it sucks double.

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.
