My kind of thread now... I've got a Benchmade Adam's and lots of Microtech dual action knifes... I never leave the truck without one on me.
The knife i wanted to take is a 2 inch vlade thats curved. (Think talon) its a karambit pocket knife amazing for cutting rope or anything i can hook the blade around. (Im looking at you stubborn seals)
A Karambit "pocket knife" that just doesn't sound...right
Buck 110 buy it for life.
I carried a 110 my whole time in the Navy - and for years afterwards. Some classics never go out of date.
For general use lately - I've found the newer knives, with the serrated edge close to the handle work better for utility cutting (plastics and what not).
I like my pushbuttons and spring assists though.
