I left CR England after getting my CDL in Richmond, then being on the road fit 90 days (Every New Graduate Leaves After Ninety Days). BTW: 1 out of 100 new graduates stay with them for a year.
I was all prepared to try to help you make the most out of your situation there then reading Red Gator's response I realized YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR CDL!
If you live within 50 miles of Brownstown you should check out Werner. If you don't have any tractor-trailer experience you may have to go through their training, but the pay will be better, and less waiting around.
Call their recruiting number and ask for Adam. He might be able to bus you out of there quickly.

We had a CR England guy in my Roehl orientation. So just be up front and honest with the recruiters. You might be surprised how many other offers you get.
