Congratulations, and best of luck to ya!
It's an exciting time, I remember it well, in fact I don't think I'll ever forget it.
You've got all the easy stuff over with now!
Keep up the great work and it won't be long until somebody will hand you a set of keys to a nice shiny American made Big Rig! What a rush for a rookie!

Well I got my CDL-A a couple of weeks ago. I passed the TSA background check for the HAZMAT. Today I took and passed my endorsements for HAZMAT , Tankers, and Doubles. Headed to Tennessee this weekend to start orientation with Averitt Express. :)
CDL:
Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
HAZMAT:
Hazardous Materials
Explosive, flammable, poisonous or otherwise potentially dangerous cargo. Large amounts of especially hazardous cargo are required to be placarded under HAZMAT regulations
Doubles:
Refers to pulling two trailers at the same time, otherwise known as "pups" or "pup trailers" because they're only about 28 feet long. However there are some states that allow doubles that are each 48 feet in length.
