Ok so it looks like I will be turned down this time , does that make it to where I cannot apply to TMC this year or can I wait until my birthday and apply again because I remembered too late that they have a minimum age of 23. I turn 23 this February. Thanks for the advice.
2Nd question is, should I wait until I have a CDL class A in my wallet before I apply to any jobs? I should diffinitely be done with classes and have my CDL by the time I turn 23. Thanks for any advice in advance.

Maybe I am just chompin at the bits to early. I want to start seeing all those awesome beautiful scenes that truckers get to see all the time! Especially the mountains and valleys!
Ahemm ..maverick..cough....
Seriously though, keep pumping out those applications. I'm sure TMC would love to have you now, just an insurance thing most likely. As long as you're still fresh out of school when you turn 23 you can just call them back and continue with everything. Whatever you do, don't sit on the cdl too long or you'll need a refresher course.

Ok C.T., and I will definitely keep Maverick in my mind. Question though, do they hire in VA and PA ? The Reason I ask is because I live in VA but may move to PA to live with my grandparents to help them out sense they are a older couple.
Go to maverickusa.com and click on driving jobs. Then pick a division and check out the hiring map. We got lots of stuff of freight that way. If TMC has basically accepted you, you could always stuck with them when you hit 23.
Ok I will keep that in mind since February is right on us! I will go to that site and see. Listening from you makes me think Maverick is a pretty sweet place to work at! Thanks! So what are you hauling right now?

I can only imagine how long those were. I can't wait to get into this new lifestyle I have chosen!
I think it will be more fun than sitting around in a parts department lol.
