A set of axles spaced close together, legally defined as more than 40 and less than 96 inches apart by the USDOT. Drivers tend to refer to the tandem axles on their trailer as just "tandems". You might hear a driver say, "I'm 400 pounds overweight on my tandems", referring to his trailer tandems, not his tractor tandems. Tractor tandems are generally just referred to as "drives" which is short for "drive axles".

I can't help myself G. I am a slave to little flashy light gadgets. I guess admitting that is the 1st step towards recovery!
But Rainy D. ...
Believe me, I fully appreciate your perfect tri-state (NJ, PA, DE) grammar and use of the word "you," in the plural form. Music to my ears when so far from home.

I was in Laredo TX and a driver next to me said " How ya doin?". I replied "good...how YOU doin". We both laughed....turned out he used to frequent my family's body shop at 20th & Washington lol
I am with G on this one a rock or cigarette butt works graet I am to cheep to leave a quarter there.
On the original post are there 2 different sized stoppers? Because there are 2 different sized locking pin holes I wander if you put the small stopper in a large hole?
Once I put calibrated marks on the window ledge so I could look past them at a rock or something on the ground. Need 4 pins back? Count 4 marks as you move.

Truth be told unless it's very windy, I use a spare Walmart fluorescent orange door seal as a ground marker. I usually have several of these for this very reason.
And when I use a quarter It always goes back in my pocket...
