I do remember MS Carriers. Blue writing with their name shaped to resemble a tractor trailer. My only experience with COE is riding in my fathers truck as a child. TBH I would love to drive one for a little bit. Just for the experience. Honestly I think the worst part (and most dangerous) about COEs is bobtailing.
"Bobtailing" means you are driving a tractor without a trailer attached.
...MS Carriers (Ever heard of them? No longer around)...
Swift bought them out. We still use their trailers every so often, but most of them are gone or sit in our terminals never to be used again.
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

You're kidding me! To this day there are still MS Carrier trailers out there? Wow. I guess a box with wheels can last a long time!

Just saw a Swiftie pulling one just last week out of the Target DC here. This DC has some of the oldest Swift trailers I've ever seen!

MS Carriers trailers often end up at the Swift Academy backing range.

Yeah I see a Mike Starnes Carriers trailer on occasion. As a former Memphian and coming from a trucking company family, yeah I met him a time or 3.
I'll leave the cabover driving to all the younger male drivers. I don't need my teeth rattled today, (or my .... chest).

Ah Cabovers, a Chiropractors gold mine.
I remember MS Carriers too. I also remember Burlington and when they bought 1500 of the old, wore out International cabovers from JB Hunt and sold them back to their drivers. You can still see quite a few of those old dogs running around in Laredo as they go back and forth across the border.
