Werner Drivers - Is This True????

They have been heading that way yes. It would probably be more accurate to say a mostly automatic fleet, but for the most part yeah.
Any truth to the rumor (Ive heard this frequently, so I thought Id ask), is Werner going to an all Automatic fleet? Few guys I know drive for them have mentioned this but I wanted to ask it here since this site usually has the most accurate info!
We don’t run 48 just regional according to where you live. But just on the inverter subject McElroy just recently started installing company paid for 2000 watt units in our trucks. Just got mine a couple days ago with my new truck so I haven’t gotten to take advantage of it yet. But I do imagine it’ll come in handy.
Regional:
Regional Route
Usually refers to a driver hauling freight within one particular region of the country. You might be in the "Southeast Regional Division" or "Midwest Regional". Regional route drivers often get home on the weekends which is one of the main appeals for this type of route.
