Any guesses on whether this guy was empty or how much he weighed? I was west of Cheyenne around this time and I overheard truckers on the CB saying they were around 78,000 lbs and still getting blown all over the place. It's still on the driver but I'm curious about how heavy a truck those winds could blow over.
