I use the Blueparrot B250-XT. Works like a charm and have never had problems with it. Blueparrot is a good brand.
When I was over the road , I got a Plantronics BackBeat* Go dual earphones that loop around the neck... I still use them from time to time while walking or driving, but the new company Im with forbids cell use even with a BT.

OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
