I'm starting to realize that some places fit different people differently not necessarily a bad company just not everyone has the safe preference.

I went to school down the road from their terminal in Chattanooga tn. Their recruiter said that they prefer teams and they get priority as well as more pay. Not to say you can't make money there solo but they are a team 1st operation. I'm with Maverick but I don't believe flatbed hires in your area. We do have other divisions that may but I haven't looked at the hiring map in a while.

Terminal:

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

Exactly. And by no means did I mean to deter you. Just meant for you to investigate if it might be an issue.

It was actually something I hadn't really thought about looking at and after finding some more information I wouldn't be a good fit there. I'm going to call maverick recruiting line get some info from them along with do some research on others.
