I just used your post since you are concerned about your driving record to inform all the new guys who want to get into trucking the importance of doing it right... I don't who the agent for US EXPRESS IS if it was prime I could have found out for you. But I see that they are insured by a risk retention group so the probability for them is very high. RRG means that they are insuring their own selves.. Difference with prime is that prime is in a high deductible program which is why they are more strict. So you stand a great chance

I will take your advice! That's true, I will keep certain of my inspections and weights. Question is, is it possible to get in with U.S. Express? That is a huge bill also for not only the insurance but the company because that can have some weighty fines. I will keep that in mind!

Called US XPRESS for you and they told me that so long as the wrecks did not include injuries and your speeding wasn't a wreck less driving ticket you will be fine . Amy there asked me what was the nature of your accidents and I told her just fender benders and a ticket. she said you should be fine because those will drop of your records this year so they are not all that concern about it. She said I should strongly encourage you to apply especially that you have not had anything else in your record since then

Congratulations Victor!

Don't take the attitude that this is just a so called "starter company" that's giving you a chance. Brett went to work there as an experienced driver and stayed with them for six years. It's a fine organization and you can do very well there.

Goooooooooo VICTOR .... I am so happy for you....hope ur big rig will be the first one I ever see the inside of.... hey don't forget: pre trip, during trip. and post trip inspection. don't try to cut corners because you will spend more time talking to the police officer on the highway than doing those things,,, remember like Rick said, these companies care about their insurance..... I am just too happy for you. Brett we got a happy cat lol
