Yea you know my life and experiences and actually I do have experience in this industry from a long time ago but decided to serve my country so I do know what works for me. Just delete my account since you came up with this website. I don't have explain myself to you or anyone. You don't pay my bills and or anything. If you think I insulted you then you haven't seen anything and if you don't like it delete my ****ing account. Now leave me the **** alone. You don't know **** about me so you will not tell me how to live me life or how to make decisions.

Wow, now you sound like a petulant teenager. You're coming unravelled, bro. Keep it together! Your smokescreen is vanishing quickly. Don't let on that you're frustrated by a conversation that has gone really bad for you. Put on your politician face and go back to pretending you're above us.
And don't worry, I'm certain you're capable of being far more insulting than you have been so far. I wouldn't sell you short on something so important as being a great insulter. You deserve the credit. That is one thing I know for a fact you have experience with.
Man, there's those pesky words again - 'fact' and 'experience'. They just won't go away.
so I do know what works for me
For the sake of your future arguments, hopefully less publicly and against less knowledgeable people, when someone is trying to have a discussion based upon facts and experiences and you refuse to present any facts or experiences but instead say "I know what works for me" anyone who is sharp is going to know that what you're actually saying is, "I don't know what the heck I'm talking about but I'm too afraid to admit it so I'll just do whatever I want to do and pretend I have a plan."
Now leave me the **** alone.
I don't think we went to your website, you came to ours. Show yourself out. I promise we won't pursue you. Besides, you've already done a great service to our visitors. I can't thank you enough for that. Now when they're facing someone who acts like they're above everyone or acts like a know it all, our visitors will know how to question them in the right way. If you ask someone for facts or experiences and you receive nothing but insults and smokescreens then you know the person has nothing of value to offer. Pretty simply concept and super easy to execute once you've done it a few times.
Brett, I know now the difference. But, for people just looking in for the first time, how a recruiter treats them makes a world of difference. The recruiter with Wolding was attentive and polite. I didn't meet their traveling recruiter until after I had my prehire from them. I am very happy with the company I chose. Just this last weekend I had to go bury my grandfather. I received a condolences card yesterday in the mail signed by everyone within arms reach. My choice has worked out very well. My DM will offer me multiple loads sometimes and I can choose where I want to go. I get consistent miles, If I need to get home I am routed that way. I could have been given a load going into Michigan if that is what I wanted. (It is where my family is from). I just am not looking forward to the rapidly approaching day they will take my truck away and give me another. I would be more than happy to stay in my truck for the duration of my time with the company. Which due to pressures from the wife may be longer than originally planned.
Pre-hire letters are acceptance letters from trucking companies to students, or even potential students, to verify placement. The trucking companies are saying in writing that the student, or potential student, appears to meet the company's minimum hiring requirements and is welcome to attend their orientation at the company’s expense once he or she graduates from truck driving school and has their CDL in hand.
We have an excellent article that will help you Understand The Pre-Hire Process.
The people that receive a pre-hire letter are people who meet the company's minimum hiring requirements, but it is not an employment contract. It is an invitation to orientation, and the orientation itself is a prerequisite to employment.
During the orientation you will get a physical, drug screen, and background check done. These and other qualifications must be met before someone in orientation is officially hired.
When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

Big Red, we've done this for so long that we knew what you were going to say and do before you did. That's gotta sting.
