You'll do fine in the interview. Be confident. Be honest. BE SAFETY ORIENTED! They may ask you for examples when you "fixed" an unsafe situation. They don't care if such responses are based on driving or not. Just reach into your past and answer honestly.
If you have a good driving record and are squared away, you have a very good chance of being hired.
Glad Auggie responded for you - that's the driver I had mentioned. Let us know how it works out. Were you interested in P&D or linehaul?
Local drivers that stay around their area, usually within 100 mile radius of a terminal, picking up and delivering loads.
LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers for instance will have Linehaul drivers and P&D drivers. The P&D drivers will deliver loads locally from the terminal and pick up loads returning to the terminal. Linehaul drivers will then run truckloads from terminal to terminal.
Linehaul drivers will normally run loads from terminal to terminal for LTL (Less than Truckload) companies.

Got an interview at FedEx Freight for the Driver Apprentice position. Anyone know what their interviews are like? What type of questions do they ask? What are they looking for?
