If you can't provide hair it is considered a failed drug test. You're bound to have some hair somewhere.

I can understand it being considered a failed test, if you shave yourself head to toe, right before you show up. But if it is genetics, and you just can't grow the "required amount of hair," and they still give you a fail, that could be considered prejudicial discrimination, because they just ruined any chance of you working for company that just does ua.

"You" don't want me trying to grow hair on my head, I could qualify for a side show with my balding pattern! I suppose I could always bite the bullet, and let my pit hair grow out, but my wife would kill me. I have hyper hydrosis And I go through a crap ton of deodorant, as it is, lol. From my understanding, the "somewhere," is not considered a viable, or allowed source. I may be wrong though. Anyone could borrow some hair, shove it down their draws, and "rip it out" and give it to the Dr. I hope they would match their hair color, and gender, though.

Anyhoo. I have recently seen a lot of Maverick Glass haulers in my area, so I called a recruiter, and am waiting to hear back. They will periodically extend their hiring area to cover my city.

If pubic hair is the only option then yes, they will take it. And there would be no using someone else's and as you say "ripping it out" and handing it to them...they get it themselves. And like Old School said..no hair..no pass.

If a person cannot genetically grow hair, and they get failed because of it, DriveForUs Trucking will be paying them just to sit on their couch, thanks to the very lucrative lawsuit the person just won.

Also, ya never know what some potential drivers might try, just to slip past. If it can be thought, it probably has been tried.

Are you claiming you can't grow hair while also claiming you shave your head and arm pits? Good luck with that lawsuit!

No, not me. A random person. I can definitely grow hair. It was clearly a hypothetical genetically hairless person. My body hair is light, but present.

My situation can be fixed by my previous statement of letting my under arm hair grow. Although I will be investing in antiperspirant for that duration.

*edit* antiperspirant stock.

I have hyper hydronic, I sweat extremely profusely, and if I don't shave that hair it SMELLS like rotten wet dog. But I am fairly sure I can grow enough for testing purposes.

Yeah I'd say grow some hair from somewhere you don't mind a stranger nurse shaving. I had some pit hair as I'm not very hairy either. But make sure you can provide enough to be tested.
