I actually even said why I quit my last job in this very thread. Apparently your reading comprehension ability is as low as your critical thinking.

Yeah we know...you quit over a pair of work boots and because you were ignored. Go change your diaper and when you become a man then consider trucking. I fully expect you to be the next clown that quits and abandons his truck because dispatch wasn't "nice" to you.

If you knew why I quit then why did you ask? It's cute you think your sycophancy that enables exploitation is a positive quality. I have a whole lot of respect for drivers that quit in protest of great mistreatment. They're the ones keeping the likes of you from being further exploited - and quite often, they end up finding a better company to work for in the process. I hope for your sake you're not fat on top of everything else, while harping about performance based industry. Trucking will actually be the least performance based industry I'll ever work in because a lot of it just depends on whether your dispatcher likes you.

Dispatcher:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

What you really sound like is someone who wants everything handed to him instead of working hard to get ahead in life. A bottle and a change of diapers would probably help you more than anything. .

Well, it appears this thread is turning into what I was trying to avoid. Brett, why can't you just look the other way for a few days? :P

Ok, I think everyone at this point has made their opinion known on everyone else. On to the next topic.

Why would he do that? So a quitter like you can tell us all how tough you are from your keyboard? Here you go crybaby...you can have the last word.

Renegade, Do you have any idea how ironic it is for you to use the nickname you do? Someone calling themselves Renegade, while persistently calling me a baby for not being like him. That is, fully willing to bend over and take it like a champ. So keep taking it like a champ... Renegade.

Jan P, It's the point of the matter. It's not a job I wanted long term anyway, and no company that lies like that deserves me. You really don't have a superior position ethically, or as a tough guy, "toughing it out".

Wow, this is fun. Yeah, this is what I've worked the last 25 years of my life for, so I could babysit an online daycare center. I'm just so impressed by all of this.
