Thank you. I appreciate that.

Let's just everyone drop this and move onto to something else. We all have plenty of things going on so let's move forward.

My apologies Brett. On a non related subject, I just saw the biggest, baddest, custom long nose Pete headed down a street that has a low bridge. Boy is he in for a surprise.

Time, and exposure to the learning curve of "trucking," has a remarkably effective way of establishing those who excel at this and/or removing those who mostly pontificate on the evils of the trucking empires.

Ryan is trying to find his way through the fog, so let's see if we can help him while he's here. Just like every other driver he will stand or fall on his own merit. He's obviously got a decent head on his shoulders, we are just going to have to wait and see how he uses it.

HOS:

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

I second that emotion.

Some people come here, stand in a corner, and will argue with all comers. I'd like garlic salt, please.

Ryan, I'm not pointing fingers just trying to give you an idea of hiring processes. In my former career I hired hundreds of employees over the 11-12 years I worked for them. While the persons work history really did not mean much in terms of what they did for work, I would look for patterns in their work history. As an employee of a company hiring other employees or even contractors to work for that company I had a responsibility to make sure we didn't waste time or money on hiring someone who may not be a long or longer term solution. Hiring someone is a very expensive process for a company from the recruiters time to go through all of the resumes, or apps, to calling and speaking with the individuals. Then manager interviews, etc.

Now I have written all of this to say that Prime as big as they are sees a red flag. Even if you left all the previous jobs for a good reason. The perception is that you might be a flight risk. And as we all know perception is reality.

Thanks,
