Trucking companies change their policy very often. It's likely that when Brett wrote that, Central did not allow pets. There's always a company out there changing something, I'm sure it would be very difficult for Brett to keep tabs on every policy change made out there.
But like I said, I'm sure he will change it. And you have my guarantee that they do allow pets. Call a recruiter.

Up to the very end of my employment with Central they had a no pet policy but just before I left (about 5months ago) they started allowing them. Like the above guys said, those policies change all the time.
I guess all the companies are doing whatever they can to get more drivers. Pets are awesome and as long as the driver cleans the truck (big dogs are a pain) then pets should always be allowed.

this is the site that says no pets on company or leased trucks and I cant find the other ones I found the same info on but this link does stated it down the page about half way

No pets are allowed on any Central Refrigerated trucks including lease and owner operators due to customer restrictions and policies
