I can't be the only one here who knows about this... Or can I be? ;)

Volvo says they're gonna globally reveal the VNR on April 20th, 2017. Below is a video where 14 people react to a teaser that hasn't been released to the public... I couldn't find a leaked version either, you be patient y'all ;)

We Russians love our Volvo's.

Beard, sandals w/ socks, Adidas track suit, feet on the dash driving a nice Volvo - life doesn't get any better than that for us.

Huh... I see how TT is gonna play this game... It doesn't like the videos... Old fashioned time! This one and this one too

I'm glad they are finally going to release it. I love the new hood design. The Macks were redesigned as well. Where I used to work we built all the machines that make the hoods from the time the parts come out of the molds until they are ready to ship to Volvo in Va.

Oh and the VNT is the new sleeper cab.

Volvo was the only manufacturer NOT REPRESENTED at MATS, supposedly, because of the pending release of the new models.

Looking forward to seeing them.

With the ergonomics of the T-680, and the new Cascadia sleeper setup - they're going to really have to step up their game.

Volvo did a major redesign of the Volvo and Mack Cabs. They have been in the works for almost 2 years. The lines are much more aerodynamic.

More interested in seeing the sleeper space and ergonomics.

The 780 with the workstation setup in the back, was the roomiest and homiest of all. My dream truck. The KW 680 layout was a challenge to that (a place to sit and do paperwork, eat, etc. - without perching on the edge of a bunk). And the new Cascadia sleeper steps up to a layout similar to the 780.

OTOH - the 780 (pretty much the entire VNL sleeper line) has been largely unchanged for a decade. Somewhat of an icon.

One (but just one) of the keys to driver retention (and keeping folks in the industry in general), is driver comfort. I can't imagine living in a coffin sleeper full time.

The VNL hasn't really been changed in 13 years, and rather then remodeling the VNL they came out with the VNR. Could this be the end of the VNL? O_O
