Whats on the 4th? Is it some kind of holiday in a different country?

In the Star Wars movies, the phrase "may the force be with you" was a farewell "good luck" phrase. Here on Earth, on May 4th, people make a tongue in cheek reference by saying "May the FOURTH be with you."
